A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a purchase ledger clerk to join our award winning team. The successful person will be tasked with assisting the Financial Director, to ensure the day to day operations of the purchase ledger are completed correctly and in an efficient and timely manner, making sure any errors found are immediately highlighted.
1) Post invoices to SAGE Line 200 system
2) Reconcile supplier statements
3) Point of contact for suppliers when dealing with any accounts issues
4) Set up supplier payments
5) Process staff expenses
6) Run various Purchasing related reports.
7) any add hoc exercises that arise.
Working knowledge of SAGE 200 would be preferential.You will have strong interpersonal and numerical skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all types of people , excellent attention to detail and a strong reputation for accuracy.This unique opportunity working for a company listed 28th in the Sunday Times Profit Trak 100, and a proud recipient of the Queens Award will allow the successful applicant to really make a difference in the way in which the business operates and contribute to the continued growth and expansion of our business.
